Q How do you work?

Great question!

While every project has different demands the process is the same.

I start by reviewing the client's project, brand guidelines, existing analytics/metrics/data, their customer avatar, and their KPIs.

Once reviewed I present the client with a detailed strategy on how we can move forward on the project, timelines for goals, and how to roll out the project.

Then I outline create a messaging outline for the client to review and approve. This allows the client to update or adjust any messaging so it is on brand.

After the outline is approved I write the draft and then pass it off to my team. My copy editor reviews my notes and copy and gives feedback on how to clarify messaging, update the copy, and improve what's written. I make the updates and pass it to my proofreader who revises everything. After the proofreader revises the copy I do a revision on the copy and then present the copy to the client on a call.

After the call, and answering all client questions, I do a final Loom recorded audit of the page once it's live to ensure UX and the copy work together.
